Pennsylvania running back London Montgomery is set to make his college decision soon, with a final three programs in place. Montgomery, a three-star athlete who is part of the class of 2023, tells RutgersWire that he plans on making his college announcement on July 11. It looks like as of now, the final three programs are Boston College, Penn State and Virginia Tech. All three programs have gotten an official visit this summer from Montgomery. The only Big Ten program, Penn State, got a visit from Montgomery this summer.
