One of the nation's top softball players in the Class of 2024 will continue his college career in Blacksburg, Virginia.The No. 6 ranked extra inning softball class of 2024, Jaden Jones of Gaylord, Michigan, announced via Instagram on Sunday, Oct. 16, that he is joining Virginia Tech.Jones was a first-team all-state selection in both his sophomore and junior years in Division 2 and has been one of the Blue Devils' best players since entering high school. As the team's starting shortstop and leadoff hitter, she has been instrumental in the team's success since her 2021 season, leading them to win two division titles and a regional title in her senior season.
