BLACKSBURG, Va. — Sure, the prospect of the Virginia Tech defense redeeming itself by getting back to its early-season ways and stopping the run this weekend is appealing. But the reality is Miami presents more of a challenge in the air, with Tyler Van Dyke regaining some of his 2021 form last week with a big game against North Carolina. To Virginia Tech linebacker Dax Hollifield, it doesn't matter.'I really don't care what teams try to do,' the senior said. 'Just that we stop them.'It's been a few games since the Hokies' defense has been able to do that.
