MIKE BARBER Richmond Times-Dispatch BLACKSBURG — It didn't take long for new Virginia Tech football coach Brent Pry and offensive line coach Joe Rudolph to identify Silas Dzansi as their left tackle.And senior linebacker Dax Hollifield has long thought cornerback Brion Murray's skills and work ethic warranted more playing time.'He works his tail off.
